It accommodates standard, replaceable double-edge razor blades, offering an affordable and simple maintenance solution without requiring entire tool replacements. FAQ

Do you need tips on safely using this to remove bot fly eggs from your horse?

When using this tool as a bot knife, hold the aluminum handle securely and position the razor blade at a flat angle against the hair growth. Gently slide it downward over the affected areas to shave away the eggs without cutting the horse's skin. Always ensure the blade is sharp to avoid pulling.
Are you looking for replacement blades for this comb?

This thinning comb is designed for maximum convenience and uses standard, universally available double-edge razor blades. You do not need proprietary replacements; any standard safety razor blade from your local store or online will fit perfectly into the holder.
Can this aluminum thinning comb be used for human hair styling?

Yes, while heavily favored in the equestrian community for manes and tails, the built-in razor and aluminum teeth function effectively as a texturizing and thinning razor comb for human hair styling and hairdressing.
Is the Jacks Global Aluminum Thinning Comb authentic and available in India?

Yes, this product is a 100% authentic USA import available through Rudra Retails. We source our specialty grooming inventory directly from trusted United States suppliers to guarantee genuine quality for Indian customers.
How do you replace the blade in this seven inch grooming comb?

Carefully unscrew or slide open the blade compartment on the aluminum body to remove the dull blade. Insert a fresh standard double-edge razor blade into the designated slots, ensuring it is aligned correctly, and secure the housing back into place before use.
