Return & Refund Policy

Return Window

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligible Items

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Personal Care Goods: (e.g., beauty products, creams, foot/nail care tools, health supplements) cannot be returned if they have been opened or the seal is broken.
  • Sale Items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Return Shipping & Fees

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged), we will cover the shipping.
  • For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We do not charge a restocking fee.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, contact us at support@rudraretails.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at support@rudraretails.com.

Quality Assurance & Damages

We take great pride in our quality standards. Before shipping, every order undergoes a strict quality check. We also video record the packaging process of every order and maintain these records in our secure drive.
