Bausch + Lomb Soothe Preservative-Free Lubricant Eye Ointment is a specialized nighttime therapy designed for individuals suffering from chronic or severe dry eye syndrome. This thick, cushioning ointment provides intense moisture and long-lasting relief by creating a protective barrier over the ocular surface while you sleep. The dual-lubricant formula consists of White Petrolatum and Mineral Oil, which work together to lock in hydration and prevent further irritation caused by environmental factors or overnight exposure. Because it is formulated without preservatives, it is exceptionally gentle and suitable for those with sensitive eyes who may react to standard drops. This ointment is ideal for those who wake up with gritty, irritated, or uncomfortable eyes and need a restorative treatment that works throughout the night to refresh and soothe.

Is Bausch and Lomb Soothe eye ointment preservative-free?

Yes, this specific nighttime ointment is preservative-free. This makes it an excellent choice for individuals with sensitive eyes or those who require frequent application without the risk of preservative-induced irritation.
